Product content

I also develop content that appears within Yahoo! Merchant Solutions products. This includes everything from product interstitials to promote feature adoption, to product intros and getting started text, to almost all in-product messaging – module/section text, inline help, contextual help, notifications, error messages, button labels, table headings, and the list goes on (basically, any words that a customer will see).

Recent product content development includes the Yahoo! Merchant Solutions release of Yahoo! Web Analytics, Cross-Sell feature enhancements, Coupon Manager enhancements, Keyword Finder, UPS international shipping flow integration, and more. For samples of this work, please contact me.
